Kim Victoria Cattrall is an English-Canadian actor born on August 21st 1956. Her most well-known role in the role was Samantha Jones, in the HBO series Sex and the City. Sex and the City brought its five Emmy Award nods and received four Golden Globe Award noms. The year 2002 saw her win the Golden Globe Award as Best Supporting actress. In the years 2008 and 2010 she reprised the role in the films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her main roles include Police Academy, Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 1980s. Kim Cattrall comes to mind whenever you think of her character Samantha Jones on the hit HBO TV show Sex & the City. Cattrall, a noted actress, has been credited with her performance as Samantha Jones as a career-defining role. The sitcom did not just increase her popularity amongst the national viewers, but also helped make an international celebrity, bringing her much fame and recognition. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most famous role is in the comedy-drama film La Dolce Vita. The film received an Oscar as well as the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival in 1960. It was also critical and commercially highly acclaimed. Before her professional career as an actress, the Skane-born model had a career in fashion. Then she won the Miss Sweden contest. After she left Sweden for the US and appeared in numerous movies as a minor role, her career took off. Her debut film role was in the role of Venusian in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars. In the following year, her performance in Blood Alley won her the Golden Globe for Most Promising young actor.
